Delete, restore and RecycleBin

Deleting a note first sends it to RecycleBin. This prevents accidental loss.

Delete a note

  1. Open the notes list.
  2. Select the note.
  3. Open Options and tap Delete Notes.
  4. Confirm the action.
The note is moved to RecycleBin. It is not immediately removed forever.

Restore a note

  1. Open Options.
  2. Tap RecycleBin.
  3. Select the note you want back.
  4. Use Restore Selected.

Permanent cleanup

  • Notes inside RecycleBin can be permanently deleted manually.
  • Notes left in RecycleBin for more than 30 days are cleaned automatically after sync/checks run.
  • If you empty RecycleBin, the deletion is permanent.
Do not empty RecycleBin unless you are sure. Permanent deletion cannot be recovered by the app.
